Bardot Brasserie Strawberry Blanc

About BARDOT Brasserie

Prepare to be reintroduced to classic French cuisine with a twist only Chef Michael Mina could bring. The menu features iconic French comfort food and an array of both New World and Old World Wines.


1.5oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1oz Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
3 - 4 Muddled Strawberries
1 Egg White


  • Step 1: Cut strawberries.
  • Step 2: Add sugar, Chartreuse and muddle.
  • Step 3: Add in Vermouth.
  • Step 4: Add fresh lemon juice.
  • Step 5: Add in egg white and ice.
  • Step 6: Shake and strain into Cocktail Coupe glassware.
  • Step 7: Top with sparkling rosé.
  • Step 8: Garnish with rose petals.
