Tyler Stewart

Tyler Stewart is the Vice President of Sales for ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales. Since joining ARIA in 2021, he has played a pivotal role in driving revenue and strengthening the property's position in the luxury resort market. Prior to ARIA, Tyler spent more than 15 years at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, where he held several senior sales positions and contributed significantly to the resort’s growth and success. A proud Detroit sports enthusiast, Tyler enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his two miniature Australian Shepherds, Brodi and Remi.

David Robinson

A seasoned hospitality professional with over 38 years of experience in luxury hotel catering, banquets, and event operations. David leads a team of Catering professionals at ARIA and Vdara who execute world-class events at one of the premier, ultra-luxury resort destinations in Las Vegas. David has held leadership roles at esteemed brands such as Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, and Park Hyatt, overseeing high-profile corporate functions, nonprofit galas, luxury weddings, and bar/bat mitzvahs. His expertise lies in event execution, team leadership, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless guest experiences that align with the highest luxury hospitality standards. David's dedication to excellence, team development, and guest experience has made him a recognized leader in the luxury hospitality industry. Paul Buchheit, CMP

A sales professional with over 20 years of experience throughout the Las Vegas Strip including leadership at multiple MGM Resorts Properties. Paul leads the sales team at Aria and Vdara as a key component within MGM Resorts Luxury Meetings District which also includes Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Park MGM, T-Mobile Arena and Dolby Live. He prides himself on a passion for the hospitality business that started with a foundation built from the Walt Disney World College Program and continued through Harrah’s College of Hospitality at UNLV.

Paul has been the Chair within the Social Impact and Sustainability Committee which focuses on three goals of Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, investing in our Community and Protecting the Planet. In his time away from work, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Steve Ouimet

Steve Ouimet is Executive Director of Convention Services at ARIA Resort & Casino, where he brings over 25 years of experience delivering exceptional group and event experiences across the Las Vegas Strip. Since joining MGM Resorts in 1998, Steve has held key leadership roles at The Mirage, Bellagio, MGM Grand, and ARIA, where his deep operational expertise and client-first approach have made him a trusted partner to meeting planners and convention clients alike. Known for his passion for service and detail, Steve plays a pivotal role in making ARIA a premier, globally recognized meetings destination.
